I freely, irrevocably and expressly authorize HOTEL SORATAMA or whoever represents its rights, to directly or through third parties collect, store, use, consult, share, exchange, transmit, transfer, circulate, delete, process, update and/or cross-reference with its own information from third-party providers, associates and partners in its databases, the personal information provided, my contact information and information on consumption preferences and behavior, in order to carry out marketing tasks of services, credit risk analysis, credit monitoring and control, carry out the pertinent procedures for the development of the pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual stage regarding any of the products offered by HOTEL SORATAMA or whoever represents its rights, whether or not acquired, to carry out financial studies, marketing activities of its products and services, and of the products and services of its subsidiaries and/or commercial allies listed in the information processing policy, advertising, reporting to risk centers to databases certified data, portfolio operations, and statistical processes, collection processes, sending information via secure means, and for any other activity related to the purpose of HOTEL SORATAMA, or to anyone who represents its rights. The processing of my personal data must be subject to the protection established in Law 1581 of 2012. At any time, I may exercise the rights established in these regulations and, in particular, revoke the authorization granted or request the deletion of my personal data.
